If you could increase mileage this way of course Tesla would, or they would be using rear motor only unless they find slippage. These cars are much better optimized than you think. If you really want to do this you can buy an ingenext module which allows you to disable the front motor.

Would you happen to know what a fault code of THC_d0011_presSnsDis means? I'm assuming hogh or low pressure sensor fault?
