Now I want Plov 🥲🥲😆. In Trinidad we have a rice, meat and pigeon peas dish called pelau that's similar except we brown the meat with sugar caramelized in oil and stewed so that the rice dish comes out brown. It's very delicious. But that plov looked so scrumptious that I'm almost ready to fly to Uzbekistan just for that. 😃😃That's how good this video was. Rest your voice Matt, Julia's got this. LOL Love you guys and be safe.

This food actually had ben created for Temurlane army, who created a huge empire after Gengiskhan. Throughout centuries, Rulers of great armies used to feed their armies with the Plov due to its calories, and energy it provides for human body. Just, ook up the history of that part of world. You'll discovery alot more which will surprise you alot!
