thanks for the tutorial Will! A little question: what about the belt-tension after bringing back the wheel? Is there anything we should do to check if it's correctly in tension?

When reinstalling the wheel you won't need to adjust the belt tension as it remains unchanged. The only time you need to readjust belt tension is when a new belt is installed or if someone has accidentally loosened the slide adjusters.

I have a VVolt bike with Enviolo. I wonder if it's the same procedure?

Thank you for this very clear video! There's no such thing as a quick-release axle in place of the 15mm nuts for this transmission device, right? So in order to be prepared to change a tube out on the road, you'd need a suitable wrench in your travel kit.

Yes - I need to add the 15mm spanner, the right size Allen key to hoik the cable out and some tape.
My wife's Gazelle Avignon has a belt tensioner, which I imagine will make things even more fiddly!

Correct you need an open ended spanner/wrench. Best way to prevent flats is to ensure proper air pressure, make sure the tires are in good condition and not too worn out (less rubber = less protection) and when replacing your tires always use a top quality ebike rated one which has more rubber and a protective carcass.

Good clear video and description but After you put it back on you spin the wheel but you didn’t test shifting and brake actuation or check belt tension.
    Not very thorough.

If your shifting was working properly prior to removal then shifting should be exactly the same. It should be a given that one would always test brakes and shifting regardless. Thanks for your feedback.

Not everyone is a bike mechanic and that’s OK and hence why we created this video.

I have a bike where the procedure of removing the wheel is quite complicated. If nothing more, this video showed me (as I'm considering buying a enviolo / belt drive bike) that changing the tire won't be such a hassle with this kind of bike .. so it was valuable for me.
