+TheEspressoTV (03:57) he said they changed the piping system to keep the temp more stable. just want to know if that goes for both models of the bz13 or if it's just for the electronic version with pid. thanks!
Have you noticed any difference in taste and/or result in the cup between Espresso's extracted with the classic E61 group and the BZ proprietary group?
Hi Marco, there is only a small difference. A bigger difference would be with a main water connection of E61 unit and pre infusion of the 2-4 bar of the pressure of the piping system which is possible with E61 and other brew units.. But with water tank the influence of the brew unit is very low.. Ciao markus
who sells this in the US ? and how much is it?
The piping changes that they made from BZ10, is that available on both PID & non-PID models of the BZ13?
which "piping changes" ?? What exactly do you want to express? I do not understand your question.
ciao markus

ah ok, got it... They modified the brew unit a little bit, the hydraulic system is the same in both BZ13 versions, there is no difference at all.
+TheEspressoTV thanks!
