It’s so nice recognising all the stops you made. It’s very nice to finally be experiencing the great ocean road without being horribly carsick. Whoever said the water would be warm was definitely lying 😂, the water in vic is always very cold so like warm water for us is not warm.
The signs at the grotto are very much there for a reason, during the day it gets super busy there (the stairs get so packed you can’t move) and there’s always a bunch of idiots climbing it right where the signs say not to.

There's a very similar drive in far north Queensland from Cairns through Port Douglas to the Mossman Gorge. Coral sea and islands on one side and rainforest and waterfalls on the other. Great natural beauty
