I knew a guy that invited us to go I've fishing, none of us had ever been, and one dude was sure the I've would break so tried to get us all to tie rope around ourselves on a long line
He eventually settled for us all holding hands in a big line as we walked across the ice

As a southern guy living in MN, I've never been ice fishing! I should give it a try and film my own reactions to it. Ha ha!
Both my father and brother n- law brought their nets the first time I took them ice fishing. I told them both not to bring them cause we are fishing thru little holes but both of them brought them just in case. Pretty funny how people can't grasp ice fishing until they do it.

Also I went ice fishing this weekend but the ice was thin so I ended up laying on a diving board and banging a hole with a 5' fireplace poker. Caught one laker. Not ideal but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Seriously, I had to practice bladder control with the screams at the end. OMG.
Caught a nice 14 inch crappie last year, took my phone out to send a pic to my brother laughing at him because he had to work. Dropped the phone and it hit the ice and slid 5 feet across the ice down the hole..... New iphones nice at least lol.

I remember my first time, ice fishing. My dad had cleaned out the old garage and discovered his ice fishing gear. The next day he took me to the lake to do some ice fishing. His mistake was leaving me alone because he got cold and walked to the house. An hour later, he comes back to get me. I was only out there for five hours.
That was the funniest thing I seen today. Lmao.
