The government needs to provide gloves, hats, etc. This is a fantastic initiative by the government of Lagos State. Thank You.
This is great. Govt should pls provide protective equipment like gloves and more. Thank you Lagos govt
Wow great move by the governor, kudos
God bless Sanwoolu, I wish Ekiti state can do something.
This governor in years to come people will see his good work for Lagosian and Lagos. Very proactive and care for his people
Hopefully, these youths after all the training will also start to give back to society by paying their fair taxes and making fair contributions to their various communities. The value of these training courses is already in the tens of thousands. Kudos to the Lagos state government. Thank God that Sanwo-Olu was not defeated in the last election. Lagos on the rise👍
Lagos always doing it right.
At long last l hear young students who speak properly and without using stupid slangs like saying 'say you get or understand' listen to Min :5:22 to 7:15. Lagos.. congrats for educating your citizens to speak well.
"Speak well" is subjective and depend on what speaking well means to you. And that is where our problem begins. We have been programmed to believe our local dialect is sub standard. Why does a Lagosian have to Queen English in order to be considered "speaking well"? Have you seen a Chinese man worrying about "speak well" or and Indian focusing about speaking well instead of skill acquisition?
We need to shift our focus. Lots of talent have been made to rotten because of foreign language we prioritize over our local languages. Let us start using Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba as our official language in everything we do and see how things we change like mad."
Go and check any developed nation in the world, none of them is using foreign language as their official language. You too reason am small abeg!
Is that all you got from watching this ? Go to the India or Russian farms and hear them speak 😂
@@MrILES-gu3xbI made an observation which related to an aspect of how the student spoke to the press …period, and that you can fathom. You cannot appreciate anything in others. What a shame
This is a very good initiative from the Lagos state government.
I wish other states have something similar to this.
Let’s feed the nation.
Who wears white labcoats to farm. Jokers united,
While this is commendable, this isn't the role of the government, any small business trainer can do this. Government should focus on policies, relationship building between entities especially international and infrastructure development. This program while good, it's mediocre of the government at best.
I wish you well but either you didn’t understand my simple observation or completely went off on another tangent . Who is talking about accent! Speaking well is to be grammatically correct when having a conversation which ever accent your have. I was talking about the command of the English language by the young students, conversing without using useless phrases and weird expressions.
Yoruba ronus' are empowering their people, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is a good move. There’s money in farming.
Where are the tractors?
Crawl, stand, walk then run. Maybe even fly afterwards
