I’m finding Buddy Valstros’ baking is still incredible; but I’ve noticed that his language makes him sound ignorant > meaning that whenever he talks about anyone else involved he also says: “Me & Sophie are doing whatever.” Vs. “Sophie & I are doing whatever.” Which way of speaking sounds like you are educated?! Like come on Buddy Sr?! Get your language under better control! Plus yup, Buddy Sr. does curse I’ve heard his wife ask: “Why do you have to swear?” Buddy’s foolish come back was “cause they’re not listening!” He meant his kids > I believe he was referring to his sons Buddy jr. & Marco. But let’s get real dude, cursing only shows what’s inside of you when you’re losing it! I’ve watched his mouth & yup he utters the word “F” bomb! Thought he’d have more class than that! I’m kinda disappointed with him in that regard! Wonder how many times he’s said: “F” at home?! Yuck!
The right candidate is JR . He is more into it then his sister. Because he is more into the back where the cakes are being made then his other siblings.

Has anyone actually gone to culinary school? These cakes really have no elegance to them as European master pastry chefs can achieve. Also, why did a bakery in Red Bank, NJ close down?
I don’t think so.. there is a 2 season show called Buddy vs. Duff and you can clearly see the difference between someone that is culinary trained and someone who isn’t.

i think all four of kids should take over the bakery but if one and only one could take over the bakery i would want it to be Buddy son Buddy jr.
