Illinois River white bass run 2021(MULTISPECIES!!)

Your fish at the 11 minute mark is a skipjack herring (Alosa chrysochloris). They're relatively common on larger rivers like the Illinois River.

Rare catch at the 1 minute mark! That's a State Threatened river redhorse (Moxostoma carinatum). It's one of the rarest fish in Illinois. Count yourself lucky to have a close encounter with one.

That last fish was a hearing. It's not really fishing of you're at a spillway. If you can't catch fish out of a spill way you have no business touching a pole.
