Second method seems to be very easy. Tho if your handcuffs are very tight, back to method 1.

Do you think a toothpick would work for the second technique ?

Hi Amanda. 100 % it will not work. It will not be sufficient space to introduce a tootpick and the hadcuffs have two rows of teeth, so you need something that will catch the both. Stay safe!
