- Today, I present an orchestral arrangement of one of the most beautiful and important pieces for violin: the Chaconne in D minor from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Partita No. 2.
I created this arrangement with the goal of refining and developing my composition and orchestration skills, as well as bringing a Baroque masterpiece into a context closer to Romanticism (a style which I deeply identify). I carefully separated each theme and motif in the piece to give them distinct characteristics. Additionally, I sought to infuse the arrangement with my own musical identity, ensuring that it would not become generic or forgettable.
To create this arrangement, I also studied various adaptations for different instruments and interpretations, allowing me to shape each section with unique qualities.
In the end, I hope to have created a reimagining of Bach’s masterpiece; one that is both unique and original, capable of resonating with its admirers while also captivating those who have yet to discover this extraordinary work.
Very nice! One of the most emotional arrangements i've ever heard! Bach bless you❤

Um gênio compreendido
Overblown, bombastic, histrionic. I have to plumb the depths of my vocabulary to express how much I don't like this.
You have your rights, my dear.
Can you elaborate? I dont get why would someone just blatantly hate in that way, be more crític an less hatefull
@ The const sfffz and such. Very pedestrian percussion. It is so completely over the top. And FFS ending on a major chord?!?!?!
@@victotronics i dont want to bring up the ''oh yeah, then do better argument'' because it makes no sense but i want to know, do you compose too? i understand what you think even tho i disagree with most of it
@@victotronics and after all, this is just an study for orquestration, this is a tempest in a teapot
