Thanks so much. This was helpful 😌 My family and I are looking to move and I feel like Sparks or Carson Navada feels right for us. I like shopping and going out to eat 😅 So does my sister and mom. So as long as we can do that, the better. My husband and father are more homebody type. So we all dont want for much clubbing or bar night life. What city out of the two would you think best suit a family of 6? Im not too crazy about the snow... were in Oregon now and we're so over the dangers of it. 😕
@@DavidTully775 Took a trip to Reno to consider a move there, fell in love with it, did not even realize Sparks was a place or a thing because my host failed to mention it to me so I did not get to see it! I like that it is cheaper than Reno.
Great overview. Will definitely consider moving there.
Thank you! It’s a great place 😎🤙

Hey, Sparks seems nice. Good use of NLP.
It’s a nice place!

@@MAHOSHTRAHOSH Glad to hear you liked Reno! Yes, Sparks is so close and in the same county. Definitely cheaper overall for housing as well.
Sparks and Spanish springs are nice places to live. Suburban American towns.
I agree! I’m looking forward to living in that area soon!
We are moving there this May.
@@carolline9141 very nice! If you need any help, please reach out.
Are there a lot of HOAs in Sparks? I can't stand HOAs.
In some of the older Sparks neighborhoods, there are no HOA’s. But, all the new neighborhoods will typically have an HOA or a landscaping association.
@@DavidTully775 Thanks for the info.
@@sirbrad2336 You're welcome! Where are you thinking of relocating from?
@@DavidTully775 I'm not currently in the .market for relocation. I'm just doing research.
