@@tencreatures8853 unless it was added later, no its not. I did a full playthrough with a friend and all the dialogue outside of the custom cutscenes was the same as normal.

On the one hand I think it is funny, but I kind of hate that people can't tell what is actually in the mod, especially in the shorts that have been put out there's a lot of added sound effects.

Oh the added cutscenes are great, but just to be clear there are lines and sound effects in the videos that are not in the mod. The very beginning Master Chief dialogue for example.
