Thanks for the video, I followed the process but in the second command order I typed NWTSH WINSOCK RESET, it says NWTSH not known and nothing happened, I ignore it and typed the last order you mentioned and make exit and restart my computer 💻 and it loaded slowly . Then I clicked to open the Google browser , the browser popup but I can't see google image in the desktop while the page opened it appears like file !

I tried to fix this for a few weeks now, nothing happened. I don't know why it's automatically muted? Because of this I can't pass the interview due to audio issue. It's working then suddenly it will be muted.
