I couldn’t figure out why Natalie looks so fantastically beautiful until I read somebody else post that she’s lost weight. It’s not just that. Natalie’s Hair looks great and she smiles more. She just seems happier. We’ve always said Jenny was a knockout and of course Misty is a natural comfortable pretty girl. Your quilting styles are all just a little bit different. Although I am closer to age to Jenny: I seem to identify with Natalie the most. I also love her shows. She does things the right way, clearly expressed and humble with her extensive knowledge.
I always seen to go for nats designs I actually just started this quilt today using the same colors,& I'm always a Kansas trouble fabric person but I just love this quilt.
Great 9 patches. They are all favorites. Now! I want to compliment you Natalie on your weight loss journey. You are beautiful like your momma. The last time I complimented you, I got my head bit off by some quilter who didn’t think it was right for me to say something positive to boost your drive to succeed…and of course we all know you can do this. You are all beautiful ladies and loved. Thanks for the great triple play video. All three quilts are great!
Natalie you look amazing!! Trust me I know how hard it is to lose weight and you have done a great job!!! So very proud of you!!! Love these 9 patches and cannot wait to get started on them soon. Love you ladies. Always learn something new with every tutorial!! Thank you.
Natalie you do look awesome! Can you share your secret with me? I need to lose weight for health reasons and I am struggling. Keep up your hard work! You’re doing great!
Jenny, l have learned everything from you to make a fabulous quilt. Thank goodness for Jenny being on RUclips! I love when you do traditional quilts. My favorite!
@David Morgan I am a divorced 55 year old Mom of 3 adult children. I live in New Hampshire. I love to sew/quilt. I used to be a very active(ADHD) person who loved to do home diy, yard work, antiquing and go to yard sales until unforeseen health issues cropped up much to my annoyance. Now my head says yes to all those things l mentioned but my body says heck to the NO! Iol
Woe to me ohhh woe!! Which one to I make first????? Each quilt is soooo beautiful and achievable!!! Natalie people have commented how terrific you look! You do! I have the opposite problem trying to keep weight on...it is a pain in the anatomy! You can guess which part!!!! OHHH well we can quilt to keep our minds active and happy in the meantime!!!
For Jenny's it'd be great to have only 16 squares and an extra border. Then make a couple of pillow shams for the bed with a smaller toss pillow to use up all 21 squares.
Great quilt, and I have never seen a ugly two color quilt! Your daughters are beautiful, how wonderful to have daughters, I raised 3 sons and taught them to sew, but they grew up, and rarely sew these days but they still want to have their sewing machine.
Now I want to make all three. I have a collection of red and whites. I guess that will be first. I have a batik layer cake so that will be second. I need to shop for a cute layer cake to do number 3. I just love the dsark background and the floating nine patches.
I love the triple Play days! Watching the three of you together is such a joy💕 Natalie, you look wonderful! It’s so good to see you are taking care of yourself. As a Mom of five, I’m sure you have put yourself on the back burner too often. Self care is a must and you look marvelous!
So many new techniques . Loved the different approaches to the same square. I was intimidated by Natalie's design but amazed how easy she made it. Misty's design is perfect fir the "man quilt" I need to make. Great show ladies. Can't wait til morning to try these ideas. I woke at 0330 in anticipation of new triple play.
Natalie, you are looking Great girly !! So much younger too! I'm loving all yalls new quilts and want them for myself !! Lol. You sweet girls always teach me how to do something new and I just love yall !!
PS oh Misty you look great too always have --especially after having 3 children--you’re a pretty lady and I watch your tutorials too....thanks for them!!
I really like Natalie's pattern the best. I think I am going to try to make B blocks and see how I like them put together. Always enjoy the triple play.
Oh, y’all have done it again! I absolutely love Jenny’s, but Natalie’s stole the show for me! I love a mini 9 patch anytime!! Everyone is looking great! Keep on smiling and happy quilting! 🧵
My sister would love Natalie's quilt and colors. I love the way the quilts colors are spread out and distributed, sooo beautiful! I may have to make this one for my sister for Christmas, she would adore it!!
Just noticed partway through Jenny's tutorial that she's got pinked edge fuzz on her shirt! Must have picked it up from leaning against the table. 😉 Let's call it quilter's glitter.
I had to rewatch this one. I love all the different designs. You ladies are so inspiring to try new things with every block you teach us. I know thats Jenny's thing, "what if". I love the what ifs of TRIPLE PLAY.
I discovered you three girls at 4 am when I was too wide awake to sleep. I think I watched three shows in a row! I’m 79 and and never could figure out some blocks patterns. You make it look so easy. $ is tight this year so I’m going to dive into my fabric totes, to find acceptable fabrics and projects to use making throws.
Sure did love these ideas! Nothing like and old fashioned pattern reworked. Thanks ladies for sharing your creative side with all of us. Blessings to y'all.
Just complete the sassy nine patch and turned out really well. Used Strawberry and cream by Laundry Basket quilts. The redish color is not over powering and moda is wonderful fabric. Great pattern.
Natalie you are sewing like your mom! With a red hot needle and a burning thread as my grandma used to say about my aunt sewing fast. 😊I still think of it every time I sew fast, my Grandma liked to go slow!
ALL 3 of the Quilts are GORGEOUS 😍 I actually LOVED them ALL 😍 . I love to see what each one of you come up with a different pattern for each of your quilts ♥️ you guys are amazing women ♥️
Natalie gets my vote as the bested quilt this time! Love what you all did!!! Also did anyone notice that Misty’s outfit matched her quilt tutorial? Awesome video gals!!! Love MSQC you’re the best!
I have discovered that my topstitching has gotten much easier and more accurate since I realized I can move my needle position left or right. I use a stitch in the ditch foot to follow the edge I'm topstitching around and move my needle however far from the edge I want the topstitching to be. It has been a game changer for me.
Oh My Goodness, Jenny, Natalie and Misty, You have really made my Day with these Three Really Fun Quilts you have made for today’s Triple Play Day. All of them are going to be Fun to Make and All of them are Gorgeous and the Fabrics are Beautiful ! Golly, I Want To Make All Three. Goodness, y’all come up and Amaze me each time with these Stunning Designs, I wish I was as talented, but I sure do Appreciate all the hard work you three do on a daily basis. I am so grateful to have you three in my life you’re wonderful mentors for me and for that I want to thank you so much for sharing. 👏🥰👏 Always My Very Best for Each of You! Have a wonderful weekend, 🥰 Chris
Love Jenny's fabric and bordered nine patch. Gives a layered look. But then Natalies was stunning in batiks and secondary pattern. Great team work ladies. Loved them all.♥️🇦🇺
Folding the squares to cut the setting triangles is such a clever trick! Just the other day I was struggling with too short rulers on large squares. That’ll be a lifesaver for the large quilt I’m planning! Thank you, Ladies, for all the tips and inspiration!
Thank you, ladies...All are cute, but my first will be Jenny's "Sassy 9-Patch". I love love love this quilt! Very creative twist on such a simple traditional pattern & I am planning to make a couple of pillows with my granddaughter for Valentines Day.
"Stuck" at home with covid. Finally crawled out of bed today and it was such a treat to sit and sew on my Christmas Tree Farm quilt while I listened/watched you three make your 9 patch quilts! A double bonus recovery day! Thanks for triple play! I love them!
I can identify. The first time I crawled out of bed I crept into the sewing room, like at my machine & crawled right back to bed! Tried knitting later that day & the needles were too heavy. Took 2 more days before I could do it. Covid stinks!
Little slow in seeing this tutorial. Love 9 patches and listening to Jenny and her disability ( lol) explain her quilt. 2023 Natalie you are looking fantastic! Congratulations to you and keep it going! Loving you hair, style wonderful smile 😊. Love Natalie’s quilt this challenge
I love triple play day! These are all fun and bright. Misty's quilt looks like the blocks exist in 2 different planes. The 9 patches jump out and the shoo flies recede. I'm getting lots of ideas looking at this. Good job girls! Ladies. 😊
Wow! Jenny, you've sang in the last two tutorials. GROOVY!!! I love all three. Could see the first two for anyone, but I definitely see Misty's quilt for a guy. Natelie, you look great. Keep up the good work. You've all day be a great job.

shame on that quilter this world needs positivity in it. Natalie and Jenny both lost weight and look great but i thought they were great before !
Natalie you look amazing!! Trust me I know how hard it is to lose weight and you have done a great job!!! So very proud of you!!! Love these 9 patches and cannot wait to get started on them soon. Love you ladies. Always learn something new with every tutorial!! Thank you.
I was thinking the same, Natalie looking awesome!
Natalie you do look awesome! Can you share your secret with me? I need to lose weight for health reasons and I am struggling. Keep up your hard work! You’re doing great!
Natalie, I love your 9 patch pattern. It really is beautiful, just as you are. You look amazing! I wish you good health on your weight loss journey.
I was gonna say the same! Way to go keep up the fantastic work girlie!!!!
I *thought* she looked different, bit thought I was crazy...lol You look amazing, Natalie.
Thank you Jenny for taking time in Misty’s quilt to show the side and corner triangle insets more slowly
Thank you ladies
Jenny, l have learned everything from you to make a fabulous quilt. Thank goodness for Jenny being on RUclips! I love when you do traditional quilts. My favorite!
@David Morgan I am well, you?

Love Nataly’s choice of colors❤️🥰. My son is 6’1” so your length is perfect for him. His gut is next in line🥰
Y'all are SOOOO good.
Love how you all are color coordinated to Natalie's quilt. 😂❤
For Jenny's it'd be great to have only 16 squares and an extra border. Then make a couple of pillow shams for the bed with a smaller toss pillow to use up all 21 squares.
Natalie, I love your quilt. Well-designed pattern and easy piecing process. Thanks!
All three quilts are absolutely beautiful. I love navy blue. I need to make all three.
I love them all, but wow, the way Misty did her 9-patches!! What a fun way to do them 🥰
Great quilt, and I have never seen a ugly two color quilt! Your daughters are beautiful, how wonderful to have daughters, I raised 3 sons and taught them to sew, but they grew up, and rarely sew these days but they still want to have their sewing machine.
Nate you look fantastic. Good for you.
Some day, all working on these triple play, will remember these fun memories of sewing together and with family. ☺☺☺ Good times ☺☺☺
I enjoy these ladies but I say Natalie brings calm down to earth and enjoying tutorials. Thank you for your tutorials ladies.
Now I want to make all three. I have a collection of red and whites. I guess that will be first. I have a batik layer cake so that will be second. I need to shop for a cute layer cake to do number 3. I just love the dsark background and the floating nine patches.

Love this design Jenny and gals. I love how the detailed piecing design and how there is not huge areas.
Folding the squares to cut the setting triangles is such a clever trick! Just the other day I was struggling with too short rulers on large squares. That’ll be a lifesaver for the large quilt I’m planning! Thank you, Ladies, for all the tips and inspiration!

Remember cutting out "snowflakes" from folded paper? I see that in Misty's secondary blocks . Really neat the way it shows up.
This is going to be good. Love a good old fashioned 9 patch. Natalie looks exceptionally beautiful today, her quilt also is my favorite..
Love the RED one the most. Love the warm colors

I love 9 patches; I have a bunch of them made to form the centers of my scrappy Octagon quilt.
Hello ladies, so good to see you all again, Triple play is my favorite and I look forward to it all the time.
am I the only one that sees a "chaining cannoli" in Nat's quilt?
YUM.
hahaha I see what you see too!
