There is something like studio at the ground floor, but I am not sure how one can get it, also pfaffenhof 1 is like a building where around 12-15 people stay and share kitchen and toilet.

All dorms are good actually, every dorm comes with its own pros and cons so its hard to tell. But just look for which type of dorm suits you.

Yes some dorms have a key lockers, you have to inform them in advance your time and date of arrival and they will most probably keep the key in locker and you can open it and proceed further to your room!
