In my previous project a guy of 2.5 yrs experience in ninja in tcs got PIP..... SO I can't believe they are only targeting higher package employees.

Higher package in tcs. Ye tcs me hota hi nahi hai. In tcs 20 years delivery manager has 30 lpa. While a developer in product basef gets 30 lpa with 6-8 years
