Hello dear Hw r u ......i wants to tell you about that i worked as a hindi teacher in iphs rak .that was my amazing tym i spent there its true i got my confidence n many development from iphs ....and wanna tell u one thing i made my own house in delhi Alhamdulillah ...only two years i worked there ...plz guide to pepole about iphs rak bcz principal maam Anubha nijhwan she was a wonderful and very telented humain being i wish for her she leaves long lyf with the grace of god....i came back after two years due to my health issues n my hubby resign his job after that i came back ..... I did ME(water resources engineering) and teaching in engineering college in India and now I want to teach in UAE in schools ca n I get a job without B.Ed
It has become now a mandate to have a teaching qualification. You should try to gain one from SURAASA. Make sure it is KHDA approved.

It should be a recognized institution.
Could you please throw some more light on how to get a teaching license. I am looking at moving to UAE by 2022. But is it possible to get the license this year only or I need to be employed by a school first.
Secondly is the teaching license rule going to be applicable for Dubai only or other parts of UAE as well?

As of now you should be employed in a UAE school to gain the license but it is still not instructed by the government that how the recruitment going to look like post 2022. It could also be that you gain a provisional license for UAE from your country and then apply for jobs or gain full competent status license to apply for a job.
We will make a thorough video on this once more information gets released by the Ministry of education.
It is required by all the Emirates. Hope this helps.

Many thanks for your kind words. Salary mentioned in the video is in INR and is monthly. The average salary here in UAE ranges from 6000 Aed to 14000 Aed per month.
I heard about an agency named surasa in India through fb
They assure the teacher job in Dubai only after doing a ten months course by paying 3 lakhs
But I am not sure whether that are a valid agency
Suraasa is dealing with international teachers almost worldwide now. They have KHDA approved qualifications with accreditation from UK credentials board. Guaranteeing a job, I would is too much but as long as their qualifications are concerned they are alright to go with.

Not at all, you will get the job first if you meet all the requirements and then your school will help you proceed with the licensing process along with the ministry of education of UAE.

I think you should still apply for the jobs without mentioning anything about the learning mode. This is majorly because you do have a regular masters degree which in your case may turn in your favour.

Hello! It is a requirement to have your degree in the subject you will be teaching by most of the schools especially those who will pay you good. TEFL is also required if you are teaching English, which will be a benefit in your case. However, in Dubai, I have seen cases where teachers are teaching a subject without them having their degree in the specialised subject which I foresee is going to be diminished on the horizon.

Most schools ask for 2 years of experience but no harm trying! You may also start as a teaching assistant to gain some experience.

I think you are good to go. Look at the requirements section of the vacancy and give IELTS only if it demands for it. Qualifications and experience are just right for you to get the job. All the very best!

Hi Adeel, we are from India and we did our teaching qualifications after coming to Dubai while being on our jobs. The teaching qualification in our field wasn’t a requirement when we moved here 7-8 years back.

Most of the schools in UAE do not have Creche facilities on campus therefore few options are to opt for nurseries, hiring a baby sitter or calling your parents here on a visit visa of 3 months which can be renewed twice.

You can still apply without experience but not without teaching qualification. I would say for English subject, if you have a TEFL certificate, that gets you in a possibility of getting hired as well.
