I think Dubai’s only negatives are weather, high rents that can be a challenge for beginners. And employer based residence, Yes if u have spouse support then u can survive,positive side is you can save for future if u get settled over there.

@@IndiansAbroad What I meant is having a Golden Visa does that give you any advantage over say somebody on Visit Visa ( both say equally qualified) in the sense that the employer does not have to prove to the labor dept why he needs this person from overseas? like in the west the company to sponsor somebody from overseas they need to prove that they can't get a local person , I am asking from that point of view
UAE Govt authorities don't require any such docs to prove why you hired XYZ so it doesn't make any difference to the employer which visa you have ...The only benefit for the company is that they don't have to spend a single penny on your residence permit if you already have golden visa where else they will have to provide you residence permit if you are on visit visa

All that I know about UAE healthcare jobs is completely worthless. Everyone said that many clinics, medical centers, hospitals are there in UAE. Unfortunately, a fresh graduate or with an experiences of few years very very low salary, no extra benefits for a GP. Life is not beautiful for junior doctors here. If possible, please make a video on it. All that allowances you mentioned in this video is like a fairy tale for most of the doctors (except big hospital employees).

Not all jobs get bonus or salary in India , It’s not job secure it’s slavery in India . Other than software most of jobs start by 15 k or 20 k , Basically in India very few companies give benefits most of companies make people work more and pay less .
