Jake, did you have cycling problems on the Girsan at 4:10? I just bought one and first hunt I had the same problem as well as having light primer strikes. Lmk if you’re experiencing this issue too. Would like to know how to resolve it.
No, that was a rare instance. Got mud in the gun. As far as those light loads, every auto has a breakin period. You need to shoot some magnum loads through it a good bit

Congrats on your first greenhead! I hunt all over man. Travel to a lot of different states throughout the season. Highly recommend expanding your horizon and going to experience different places if you ever get the chance.
Hunted ducks and geese a couple times when I was young and loved it! 34 now and my sons 15 and the other day I just got the itch! Ordered 18 mallard decoys, 2 pack of baby mojo, 4 floater geese, and a bunch of other stuff😂. Went to the spot I hunted as a kid, a little marsh/swamp. Had to bust a hole in the ice but we both got a duck! Cant wait for next season! How far do you think your farthest shot was. I think we definitely should’ve taken some shots yesterday cuz they weren’t landed but they cupped waaay in
That farthest one was too far. I shouldnt have took that. Was probably 50. I was just feeling it and took it before i realized quite how far it was but definitely dont recommend and is not a shot i normally take. 40 is about the edge for experienced shooters in my opinion. Anything after that reduces dramatically. Glad to hear you got back in it and getting your son involved, thats awesome! Hope you have a great season!

I’m still here! It’s been a very busy year for me! I wasn’t able to make traveling plans with my friends for this season, but I am still hunting and traveling just having to do it as time presents itself! Still putting out content our schedules just didn work out, But if Jake and I get the opportunity while on the road this season we will definitely get together!!!

I use a patternmaster original long range which is the old version of code black duck so in short...full
