    Simply in the case of myopia
    (near - sightedness) ,
    Defective far point = Focal length of the corrective lens
    For ex -
    here , f of the corrective lens =
    - 200 cm (- ve for a concave lens)

      Because power of lens is inversely proportional to focal length and constant of proportionality is 1
