Bro, you are mixing two things at once .... Remember there are two lenses hence both have their own image dis , object dis and focal length as eye lens forms image at ratina always but due to this defect it can able to make image beyond ratina thats why we have to correct this defect by using convex lens which has its own ( u,v and f ) ... Understood?
Oh! I had same question, and the answer is that we take a lens which make the image of an object placed at 25cm at 100cm so that the defect is fixed. Actually we don't consider the eye lens in such situations.
