It would be a dream come true to go to a Joe retreat. I have been diagnosed with cancer twice and Ulcerative Colitis, and I truly believe I don't need the medications and supplements they tell me I need. I have faith I'll be able to attend one in the near future. ❤❤❤
Don't have faith. Know and believe that it is your future and imagine what that will be like. That's how we manifest what we want my feeling what we want now not waiting on cause and effect!
You don't need to disconnect from people that you know. If they love you and support you then just stick with them. I disconnect only from negative people.
I think the reason to disconnect is you have an ego. You need to detach from the ego. If who you ‘think’ you are. And you believe you are a certain race a certain sex a certain class you have a job yoir family friends all have their egos. The ego is the cause of all problems. Inc health problems. If you can retreat from the known you you then you can really look within and see who you are what your true personality is. Then you can begin to change. It’s not easy to change when your family thinks you should be acting as the person they know you to be. Some people like to be around complainers as they feel good. But then if you stop complaining they’ll wonder what’s wrong with you. If you stop nagging bitching gossiping. Most people after their personality is formed will never ever change they’ll go to their graves the same way. It takes a lot of awareness and effort to change a personality and become the new self and a new environment is ideal.

Digestion starts in the mouth. So many people do not chew their food like they're supposed to. Not saying that's what caused his problem, but I was reminded when he said the pumpkin seeds were still full size after going through his system it brought me back to all the times so many others have complained. Even if you have digestive issues or chrones, it's important to eat with presence and take time to chew your foods especially nutrient dense foods like greens and seeds. If you have dental issues, get a blender and blend nutrient dense foods and instead of drinking it, take time to swoosh it in your mouth so the enzymes in your saliva can begin the digestive process. 💛
