My wife and I haven’t been to Niagara Falls since the 1990’s. Now we’re planning on going up there once again this time where taking our daughter’s on there first trip to Niagara Falls! This summer! We’re still looking for motel . We’re looking for a two bedroom! Thank you so much for sharing this vedio.
Disagree with not having the Hilton Hotel as an option. I have been to both Marriott's, Embassy Suites, and the Hilton. By far one of the best views of the Falls. With the parking at the Casino, you can simply take the walkway over to the Hilton. We have a Teenage Boy and the Hilton offers a two room suite, which is ideal. Restaurant choice is interesting. The Keg is everywhere. Try new options. My Cousin Vinny's. Corso. Reds Steakhouse at the Casino. For breakfast Perkins is 100 times better than IHOP. We go 2-3 times a year. Just spent 2 nights at the Hilton and ate at My Cousin Vinny's and the Skylon Tower. This is your best view of the Falls when dining and for the fireworks at 10:00 pm.

#1 Tip for Canadian side of the falls. DO NOT pay the tourist tax. It is included on almost every bill you will pay from hotel to restaurants. You can politely ask them to remove it. (haven't been to the falls in a few years and not 100% of if they still pull this BS, but if they do it will be a different tax on the bottom of your receipt...not a sales tax, not gst or built in mandatory tip but an actual tourist tax that you have ZERO obligation to pay)

Super cool video. I want to visit for my birthday which is 1st week of november. Never been but everyone is saying its terribly cold there in november. Id like to visit this summer but geez its super expensive some of these hotels. Hopefully visiting in november would be a little more affordable.
Thank you. At Oakes, fallsview 1 King Jaccuzi at 19th floor. Pick the fallsview, you might not be able to select the floor booking online, so it’s good to call them & make the reservation to get the top floors & fallsview rooms. Have a great vacation!
@@thasneenI looked at the Oakes after your video, but its reviews don’t seem very good. You mention the view but don’t say if the hotel itself is good?
Ottawa Region could do the exact same thing with its Fleet Street water turbine pumping station in downtown Ottawa. It's still a working pumping station for Parliament hill and downtown. But just as cool 1800's cyber punk looking technology powered by the force of falling water. Instead of electricity generation it spins huge cast pumps that supply drinking water around town.
This was a great video. I'm from Niagara Falls and have never stayed at any of the hotels, We might need to now! I never thought of the parking hack at the casino when staying at the close hotels. The casino has different rewards now and it's harder to get the free parking now
You are very good at describing your overall stay. I felt like I got so many information that i can use when i visit this summer. Do you have a video for downtown Toronto?
always love to see different angles of the falls. Having grown up around there (Tonawanda) and now Montana, I would have liked to see my favorite spot and that's Goat island to see the proximity or relationship from the American to the Canadian falls. Great work, and thanx! By the way, did you complain about the dirty windows?
A very helpful video. This upcoming US Thanksgiving week, we are going for our second trip to the Falls, and will put some of your great advice to use. We are travelling with our fur baby 🐕🦺, so the Radisson was the closest hotel to the Falls that we could get…..the room we booked for the upcoming trip supposedly has “Falls View”, but we’ll see. Thanks again for the vid, and such a charming accent!
i have watched quite a few videos on this hotel. your video is the most comprehensive and detail video by far.👍👍👍. so i will book this hotel. i check the keg menu, it has no price printed on it !!!! if you don't mind asking, what is the price range there ??? btw, we will be visiting niagra falls in early april. love from alberta.
Wonderful informative video. How far in advance do you need to book the hotel and boat tour? And are reservations required at the nice steak restaurants?
In Summer, good to book the hotels at least 2 weeks in advance. Boat tour advance booking not required, can be booked the previous day. Restaurants good to make the reservation for better seating, overlooking the falls. Enjoy your trip!
Hi there- I know this videos has been up for quiet sometime but I am hoping you could still help me. We have an upcoming trip for 1 week flying in and out of BUF. We will not have a car, it will be just my husband and I, we are both pretty active so walking is not an issue. Can you suggest how many days to stay in US, Canada , Toronto and Niagara on the lake? I am stressing out about how many days to stay in each place and not get bored and at the same time be able to see everything. We love the usual tourist spots, wineries and tastings, museums and casinos. Please also advise places to stay that is not too expensive but clean and safe for each spots, transportation suggestions and any thing else that can think of. Thanks so much for all you! I love your videos and style!!! ❤
Make the first stop at the US side niagara falls. On the US side there are a few falls lookouts, other than that not a happening place. From there you can walk over the rainbow bridge to get to the Canadian side of niagara falls (check my detailed video- crossing the border at niagara falls, everything you need to know: ruclips.net/video/qDtaQmSHeI4/видео.html) By crossing the rainbow bridge you’ll walk the entire US falls park. If you’re taking the boat ride you can do it either on the US side- maid of the mist or on the CA side- horn blower. Canadian side of the niagara falls is THE happening place, spend the night over there- may be in a room with the falls view & the next day you can explore clifton hill & do other activities- casino visit etc. The second night either stay at niagara (if you’re planning for more activities, you’ll need 2 days in CA side of niagara) or niagara on the lake- you can do wine tour, dine at nice restaurants etc over there. From there you can visit Toronto- 2 days to cover toronto. Hotels with the falls view can get very expensive especially in Summer- do some research on the hotels & book based on your preference & budget: there are a few budget friendly hotels off the niagara strip. Do check my video- 35 things to do in niagara falls video to get an idea of the activities you can do on the Canadian side: ruclips.net/video/rHQdXBmOQyA/видео.html Have a fabulous vacation & enjoy!
I just reviewed my bookings: Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls: I stayed in the Fallsview Suite with 1 King bed, located on a high floor, featuring a whirlpool. Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa: I stayed in the Superior Fallsview Guest Room with 2 Queen beds on a high floor. I would recommend the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls, has slightly better views - it’s got floor-to-ceiling windows on the Fallsview Suite both 2 Queen and King. This is what you see in this video.
Thank you, so much for all the tips!! Finally, someone made a useful video that is beneficial to everyone 👏🏽👏🏽 your video by far is the best one. Cheers. Questions: I am taking the Go-Train/Bus to Niagara Falls, do you know if there is a local transit from the Niagara bus depot to the Falls?
@@thasneen Thank you, much appreciated. You are the best!!🤗 BTW, because of your video...I just made reservations at the Embassy, but with the Canadian Fallsview (per budget). I'm so excited 😊 ..we are going at the end of August. Hopefully, Go-Transit do not strike before then🙏🏽
Absolutely you can park overnight, parking rate is based on the day you exit- if you park on a weekend & exit on a weekday you've to pay the weekday rate. Enjoy your vacation :)
I park at the Fallsview casino parking, $15 for the week & $35 for the weekend. It’s good to ask the hotel about their parking facilities & rate. Have a great vacation, you’re gonna have a fab time.
Very helpful video! We just booked for the end of this month. I know you mentioned summer is the best time to visit but have you ever visited around this time? I glanced at the weather there and it’s supposed to be in the 60’s. Hopefully it’s not too cold for us to enjoy some outdoor activities.🤞🏻🙃
I’ve visited a few times in May, it’s beautiful towards the end of May most days will be in 60 F weather so will be moderately warm. Do carry a raincoat or umbrella in case it rains. Horn blower/maid of the mist boat cruise schedule in May only for Fri, Sat, Sun & Monday, do check the website. You’re gonna have a fabulous time, enjoy your vacation & the breathtaking Niagara Falls ☺️
Very informative video. Thank you. I had a few questions about Niagara Falls. Where is the nearest airport to Niagara Falls? If you are flying from New York how do you reach the Canadian side of the falls without going through the walk in border? “How far “approximately are the hotels located from the falls, like walking distance? How far is Clifton hills located from the hotels?, approximate walking distance? Is there a day pass covering transports within Niagara which you are aware of? As we cannot walk so much everywhere so we need to find some form of transport from point to point and we do t know how to drive as we are coming from a right hand side driving country and don’t want to risk driving left hand.is the area open 24/7 or do the close early for example, fast food restaurants in the food courts located in the casino and Clifton hills do they close early in the night? Is there a vibrant night life at Niagara after 9 or 10 pm if you are aware of? The video didn’t cover these so just wanted to get your take,on it if someone is flying from New York and wants to stay at the Canadian side first and then walk over to the US side, to experience both the sides what is your take on the travel route, how should one cover it? Keeping in mind we would have luggage’s as we are planning a 15 day US trip covering New York, Ithaca and Niagara Falls. We are going to visit our son studying at Ithaca so he would join us as well at the Canadian side. We want to save time so we prefer to fly all the points of interest. Just cannot figure out how to cover Niagara with our itenary as we can only fly into New York first from overseas nd then take a connecting flight but it only shows up to Buffalo on the US side no then again it’s an hours journey to the US falls from there so is there a shorter route to reach the Canadian side from New York which you might be aware of, please do share. Thank you and really liked the way you covered all the views from major hotels, very informative and well appreciated….🙏🙏🙏🙏
The most convenient option might be flying into Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) in Buffalo, New York. From there, you can easily cross the border into Canada by road (approximately a 30-minute drive) or by taking a shuttle service. There are rental car services available at the airport, or you could opt for a pre-arranged shuttle service that will take you directly to your hotel on the Canadian side. All the hotels on the Canadian side are walking distance from the falls, so is the Clifton hill, a few minutes walk away. In fact, all the attractions I've mentioned in this video are close by. There are shuttles available inside the Niagara park, you can hop on that & cover the entire the park. In Summer, everything is open pretty late & the night life on the Canadian side is absolutely vibrant & lively please note this is only in Summer: June till September. If you want to cover both US & CA: I would highly recommend you stay at a hotel on the Canadian side (leave the luggages in the hotel), you can walk over to the US side over the rainbow bridge- have to go through immigration- it's only a 15 minutes walk to get to the US side- it's a beautiful experience. I truly hope you have a great vacation, you're gonna fall in love with the majestic Niagara Falls :) Do watch this video, Crossing the US Canada BORDER on foot | Everything you need to know: ruclips.net/video/qDtaQmSHeI4/видео.html You might also find this video helpful, Top 35 Things To Do in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada | Attractions You Can't Miss | Best Deals!: ruclips.net/video/rHQdXBmOQyA/видео.html Enjoy :)

This is such a good vlog, i am going in May to Niagara Falls, ty
Thank you & enjoy in Niagara ❤️
I appreciate this video. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
This was a great video. I'm from Niagara Falls and have never stayed at any of the hotels, We might need to now! I never thought of the parking hack at the casino when staying at the close hotels. The casino has different rewards now and it's harder to get the free parking now
Glad it was helpful!
Excellent Video for my upcoming trip
Have a great vacation!
Very informative video ,,, this video will help me plan my yo trip to nigara falls. Thanks
Glad it was helpful 😊
You are very good at describing your overall stay. I felt like I got so many information that i can use when i visit this summer. Do you have a video for downtown Toronto?
Glad it was helpful, enjoy your visit. Here is the 25 must see attractions in Toronto video: ruclips.net/video/2N3tOMiUtog/видео.html
always love to see different angles of the falls. Having grown up around there (Tonawanda) and now Montana, I would have liked to see my favorite spot and that's Goat island to see the proximity or relationship from the American to the Canadian falls. Great work, and thanx! By the way, did you complain about the dirty windows?
This is a fantastic video that assisted me greatly in decision-making for our first trip. Thank you for sharing this.
Enjoy your Niagara vacation :)
Awesome video very informative...best one yet that I have seen .thanks!
Most welcome, thanks for your feedback :)
We went there couple of weeks ago. Embassy suits has best view
Glad you found this video to be helpful. Have an awesome vacation & enjoy the Falls view from the room :)
This is such a wonderful video! Very Helpful!!

Very well explained .so helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Excellent video!
Ahh this is what I was looking for ty
Glad to know :)
Best ever video !
Worth watching
Glad you liked this video :)

Do check my video- 35 things to do in niagara falls video to get an idea of the activities you can do on the Canadian side: ruclips.net/video/rHQdXBmOQyA/видео.html
Have a fabulous vacation & enjoy!
@@thasneen this is in line with my loose itinerary thanks so much for your response!
Amazing and very informative video, I have questions about going to Niagara Falls from hotel, should we drive or …. If drive then where to park
Great video and content! Is liked and subscribe
Thanks for subbing :)
This vedio was very helpful. Now we have to pick a motel!
Glad it was helpful!
Hello great video! Do you remember the room at the Marriot you stayed at?
I just reviewed my bookings:
Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls: I stayed in the Fallsview Suite with 1 King bed, located on a high floor, featuring a whirlpool.
Thanks for the wonderful feedback ☺️Local transit is called WeGo, will take you to the Falls, here is the link: wegoniagarafalls.com
@@thasneen Thank you, much appreciated. You are the best!!🤗
BTW, because of your video...I just made reservations at the Embassy, but with the Canadian Fallsview (per budget). I'm so excited 😊 ..we are going at the end of August. Hopefully, Go-Transit do not strike before then🙏🏽
That’s awesome , you’re gonna have a fab vacation; enjoy 😊
super helpful information. I love your video!!! only one question: can you stay overnight at the parking garage at the casino?
Absolutely you can park overnight, parking rate is based on the day you exit- if you park on a weekend & exit on a weekday you've to pay the weekday rate. Enjoy your vacation :)
Great video. Thanks for helping the world. Any particular attractions for teenagers/kids other than falls?
Many attractions at the Clifton hill, mentioned @16:53
Got it . Thank you so much. I am a trip to Canadian falls soon. Is parking at hotel is better or other parking lots ?
I park at the Fallsview casino parking, $15 for the week & $35 for the weekend. It’s good to ask the hotel about their parking facilities & rate. Have a great vacation, you’re gonna have a fab time.
Thankyou so much ❤
You're welcome 😊
@@thasneen thank you so much!!!! ❤️
The weather is great here in southern Ontario right now, it was 30c yesterday!!
I truly hope you have a great vacation, you're gonna fall in love with the majestic Niagara Falls :)

@@thasneen aww I just noticed it was for the Canada side hotels. Which has best view NY?
Canadian side has the best birds eye view of the entire falls :)
Very nice video! Support here from [ Randy and May's Lifestyle ] channel. We just had an adventure in Niagara Falls and put up videos of our journey. Watching this brings back those memories we created just over a month ago. Keep up the great work!!!!!!
Thanks for stopping by & good luck with your channel 😊
Thank You!
You're welcome!
Hello! Thank you for this wonderful video. Can you tell me why floors 10-30 are better? I always thought the higher floors would be best. Thank you for your help! 😊❤
You'll experience a captivating view of the waterfall at eye level, and even while lying in bed, you can relish the entire spectacle. On higher floors, you may need to glance downward for the same view 😊
@@thasneen ah that makes sense! My son and I were debating and he’s saying the higher floors are definitely better. I’m going to tell him what you said. Thank you 😁
Hi, which room and floor did u get at the oakes hotel?
At Oakes, fallsview 1 King Jaccuzi at 19th floor. Pick the fallsview, you might not be able to select the floor booking online, so it’s good to call them & make the reservation for top floors & fallsview rooms. Have a great vacation!
Most complete video on the falls

Embassy Suites! Has the best view! 😂
Hi Thas, I am a new subscriber of your channel because of this clip, thanks very much for making this clip of us to see. I m planning to go to Niagara Falls in August to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Your video gave me a lot info, that i m looking for 😊 BTW please advise if we need to rent a car if we plan to stay around 4 nights at Embassy Suite and which airport is the nearest one to this hotel. Thanks for your time for doing this video for us 🙏😊
Thanks for subbing! Glad you liked this video. If you’re planning to hang out in Niagara you don’t not have to rent a car; all attractions are pretty close to Embassy hotel. Hamilton airport is close to Niagara (an hour long drive) & the next one is Toronto Pearson airport. Have a great vacation!
@@thasneen Thanks for your reply, can i ask one more question., is there any transportation from airport to the hotel ? I was trying to look for it but i could not find any shuttle bus.
