Yes, it does help it! But FWD and over 300lb-ft of torque, an LSD should be on it. It's a hoot to drive, but if you're semi aggressive in any way. It's lighting the front end UP! LOL
Glad to see the love for this vehicle! I saved up a lot for it and glad to see it's earning love. Though yours seems to sound way louder and more impressive than mine somehow haha
How many miles have you put on it? How’s the car 4 months in? I’m thinking bout getting this soon but I’ve seen a fair amount of shit on Reddit. Starting with transmission problems, electrical problems. Just want to avoid all of that and get some reviews from people who’ve put miles on their car and actually drive them day to day
Your format reminds me so much like @Daily Motor and @The Topher. Total compliment and received a subscription from me as a result. Outstanding review.
Just got mine yesterday and it's a beast! Love it! In case you didn't know, when your infotainment screen is in "split" mode, you can scroll the right side vertically to show different stuff. Like, nav on the left, media on the right, etc Edit: i have a 2023, so it might not work like that on the 2022
@@DownshiftPass Hmm. Have you actually got your car with these options? Cause my dealership knows nothing about this, and has in fact said this isn't true on the N line.
Head to head the n line beat the Camry Mazda as well as the accord. If you look up the videos no comparisons and if you look up all of the big reviewer’s like JD, or any of them, it beats all of those cars. So I’d disagree with your Camry statement camera can’t even beat that Honda Accord 2.0 an end line head to head beat stick Honda Accord 2.0 T just stating the video I have watched in the evidence. Food for thought.
Launch, launch, and more launches, what about handling. When you have a powerful engine like this, HOW THE CAR HANDELS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. If you're moving very quickly and you suddenly need to make a quick left or right, if this car can't handle well, you'll be in big trouble really fast.
Honestly, it's a terrific handling car. The one thing I was left with was how GREAT of a job Hyundai did with making this more than just a larger engine and nothing more. They made it feel like a complete performance transformation! One of my favorite cars I've ever reviewed.
Thank you for responding. Other than leaving out the handling aspect of the car, you did a fantastic job describing the car in great detail. Just remember, whenever you do a review of a performance car, the car's handling is something you should always share with everyone. Best Regards, Paul
A couple of new things: Since your vid Android auto came out with their update to make larger screens full screen. This includes the Sonata and the Palisade. There were some DCT issues because of software but the latest update fixed it. The “custom” drive setting gives you the ability to do Sport+ while having traction control on. The Pirelli tires are bad. Switching to a summer tire (I have Michelin Pilot Sport 4S) or a better performance tire changes things. The tires are sticky enough to prevent some wheel spin. Which leads me to… @sxthelementengineering developed and is now selling lower engine mounts that fix the wheel hop issue. This car is the best car I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles. Thank you for your video you’re amazing!
The Sonata N-Line Is Something Serious 🔥🔥
I was surprised at how much I loved this thing!
I have seen a lot of reviews on RUclips about this car, and this is the best I’ve seen.
I absolutely love my N-line!
Thank you for that!! Glad you enjoy it! I definitely enjoyed reviewing it! I know you love driving yours!!
I just bought one also. I thought my steering wheel heated..does yours?
@@yonapops8062 unfortunately not
@@Meatman67 thanks one more thing do you smell a burning smell when Changing to sport mode
@@yonapops8062 I have not
This thing is like the perfect interstate cruiser…. Big miles at big speeds, flying under the radar
If you didn't notice I think the launch control manages the wheel spin if it's done well. Still they need to give it any lsd or awd. Btw lovely review

Hearing that means a lot!! Thank You!!
@DownshiftPass You're very welcome, keep up the good work.
Own one and I love it!!
Great review! Of all the reviews, this one captures the performance best. Where was your camera mounted?
Hope this is my next car!

Good tip! And congrats. I absolutely LOVED this car!
I recommend getting a Korean built version if possible. I highlight the differences in one of my RUclips videos.
ATL!!! I thought you were in Georgia and then saw the Paces Ferry sign.
Brought one last week😊
I know you're loving it!!
The Canadian version comes with a heated steering wheel and rear heated seats.
Is this true?? I'm just about to order one, I don't see this listed anywhere !
@@dvscool It's true. Do you live in Canada?
@dvscool Then you're good! I ordered mine 3 months ago and I'll finally be picking it up this week. 🤩
Wow!!

Fyi, the 2024 no longer has the rear vents. I was really disappointed to see that. That said, the new interior is really nice.

Thanks for the insight & for watching!!
Is this car quiet ? How is the road noise ?
Pretty on par with the comp!
Very good considering it has an acoustically laminated front windshield and front windows
I’m pretty sure my 21 n line has led turn signals.
Maybe they switched it for 22 ? 🤷🏾
