  • Removing and replacing the cigarette lighter socket (12 volt power outlet) on a 2002 to 2009 VW Polo Mk4 9N. NOTE: Fuse number 49 is for 2002-2006 models. From 2006 to 2009 the cigarette lighter fuse is number 34. If you are in any doubt, disconnect the Negative (-) battery terminal while you carry out the work. Thanks for watching.       The little plastic catch inside the unit could be broken but I don't know if it's replaceable on its own.
