To be fair, Jega is MEANT to be harder than Chak 'Lok. Jega is basically Escharum's right-hand man, while Chak 'Lok is just a high-ranking Elite within the Banished compared to him.
other way around for me, i spent hours on this guy until i found the strategy and i killed jega in like 5 minutes by spamming tier 5 grappleshot without knowing where he was, eventually killing him by accidentally blowing up one of the giant fusion coils

I killed this guy in under a minute yet struggled with Jega

My first run was on heroic and didn't upgrade my shields, damn jega killed me like 20 times. Literaly one mistake at all and boom
I had a hard time with Chak 'Lok but murdered Jega in three minutes with no deaths.
