I can only see 720p
@@sora3970 4k is only available when you system (pc/phone/laptop) is 4k. Also, RUclips takes longer to process and show the 4k version so you may have been here too early.
@@schlenbea oh! ok
Hey chef, what company did you buy the beef from? Can you please give us the link, and a discount if possible? Thanks!
@Peepeepoopoo Thanks

Never been into cooking in my life. Started watching your channel this month and got inspired to starts trying steaks. My wifes stoked im doing some cooking and my fridge has a whole bunch of new dents. Thanks bro keep it up!
XD you have a good sense of humour 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
And when you finish cooking and have placed the food on the table don't forget to turn to your wife hit the table firmly with both hands and say even more firmly, "You know I love!" Its the last part of the recipe and sometimes people forget that last crucial ingredient...
This video was well done! I'm so happy to see longer videos in a more RUclips style 😁😁😁 very enjoyable
Thanks!
I’m so glad that you’re back to posting RUclips videos while you’re still doing tiktok! 👍

I can't believe I found another person with the same profile pic.
I like how he is nice enough to literally tell his viewers to subscribe to someone else. RESPECT
For real though takus channel is awesome
He knows how to love...
love how incredibly respectful you are to fellow cooks and different cuisines!
Love how humble you are and you shout out everyone
Absolutely love your energy mate, this channel was a great find!
I calculated 400 minutes for the sushi rice. When I'm used to making it in 15 min, this is going to be a serious test of my patience.
What a trip following the 2 Mill celebration. Your old stuff is still good, but it's awesome to see a dude go from good to absolutely crushing it. Love you man.
Been subbed for a long time and I just seen you popping off on tiktok too congrats!
The fridge looks so happy this video
What I like about you is how modest you are while being one of the best on the web
Taku makes som e great stuff and most o f his videos are a solid watch. Cool to see more of you guys supporting each other and learning new stuff from each other

This is a great idea.
My new favorite cooking channel!
I shown this to my mum and she made it for lunch and it’s so good thanks for the video
Cool
congrats on the gold play button. This is amazing, 1m so soon.
I just use rice cooker and for those who might think this is undercooked it’s Wagyu and is at such a high quality it should be fine but if you have health problems or are elderly/young/pregnant its not recomended
new here and loving the short vids
Looks delicious!
That dude: takes a bite
Fridge:😬.....😇 thank goodness.
Thanks for the outro. It made me feel good always. N as always nice video.
Looks really really good..
Just awesome! Been following you on TikToc too, but really love the long form here. Quick q: where is the Wagu from?
Thanks! And it’s from Japan 🇯🇵

Wow amazing recipe 👍
I followed that same sushi rice recipe, with his sushi vinagre and it’s the best sushi rice I’ve ever made
Always love your vids! As for the foil around lid, just use rice cooker! Lol
You’re my food hero!

Nice. People know about outdoorchef life
underrated
Great job bro
I love love love sushi, but that looks like a lot of work!
this guy is awesome
Great job! I failed miserably when I tried to cook sushi rice.
Great recipe my man. 😉
I love the music in the background
or you could by a rice cooker and wait 10 minuites for the rie to puff up because theres extra water after it was done cooking and wait 10 hours for it to cool off because it had to be kept on the keep warm
you are awesome!
Hey sunny do u Cook the wagu when torching or does it stay raw ??
Uncle roger will be pissed seeing you with the colander.....
Ye use finger to measure water
You can use it before cooking it. Just no rinsing after cooking.
He's using it to wash the rice before cooking it
holy shit just stfu uncle roger isnt funny
this must be the hardest rice tutorial ive seen lol
The rice alone!! Wow! What a pain lol but the end result is perfection!! I have some kobe in the deep freezer... It's time!
I had a feeling you watched outdoor chef life’s rice tutorial when you said taku says
Uncle roger: why you wash rice like that
where is the msg
Is it weird? This was the way we cleaned our sushi rice in multiple sushi resteraunts I used to work for.
Its sushi rice not your traditional jasmine rice every asian households use lol
Uncle Roger:You dry the rice, you wet the rice, you dry the rice and you wet the rice ;-;
@@patrickbootchot2011 It wastes more water
That’s look 👀 OMG so nice and 🤤 yummy
Wow. When you're not smashing in fridges you actually seem quite calm
It's the fridge fighting for me😂😂😂😂😂
would you say that this option of cooking the rice is
better than putting it in a rice cooker?
I always end up hungry after watching any of these videos 🤤😈
Its satisfying when u hit the fridge lol
Taku and Jocelyn 🔥
This dude is like the bobbydukearts of the cooking world like creative funny and lovable in a weird way
I work at a VERY high end sushi restaurant. They make a5 grade 11 miyazaki wagyu nigiri that costs $12 for one piece. They sear the side of the beef that touches the rice, and add black truffle paste on the top. It is the best thing I've ever tasted.
Can you do a fridge review and your fridge tour ?
i wish i was that table
Love your yt!
Thanks buddy
Anyone know of a good sushi recipe book? We love sushi but not so good at making it at home. TY
we love you sonny
My man taku
Does the regular vinegar work
I like how you ate it fresh but the rice
I love your channel! Poor fridge though...
AM Chef Athman DADDY COOL from KENYA in Riyadh Saudia Arabia n am New to ur Channel but your experience is a breath TAKING WORTH it for me to feel a SNR
Please tell me you added more water?
Put the wasabi under the meat, lightly brush the top with (sesame oil)
Wowowowowow
Imagine uncle Roger react to how the dude cooking rice 😂😂
Hes doing a diffrent type of rice hes not doing rice for dishes but for sushi
Let's make it happen
Cooking sushi rice is different in that you have to wash it more to get rid of the starches
So using a colander just makes sense to use to make it a little easier to drain
Still not a nice way to cook rice right
@@RudraDirtTrails haiya I'm asain I don't cook the rice in this way
What cut of wagyu?
Shout outs to Taku and outdoor chef life 🤙🏽
I'm surprised he didn't have you add Mirin (cooking saki) to the rice post cook.
蒸らしは?
How about steaming?
Thank you youtube for this recommendation
If you see clumps you didn't wash the rice enough, just saying. Still looks pretty good though
Ah the fridge of all fridges
My next months water bill 📈
I'm in!!
Chef could you do a vid for budding chefs? Knives, etc etc
When I cook sushi rice I only use half those steps and still get quality results
My first video for 2021 yay
Him: taku
Also him: taco
Tha rice is more pampered than my gf!!!!!
Can you make a wagu beef burger please 🤞🥺
