To be fair, for bass fishing the exist is better than the exsence, but it is worse for panfish
What’s this guy talking about 😂
@@kyleanderson8670yeah I agree. The two reels don't look anything alike. The silver are two different shades. The design is completely different.
I absolutely love both daiwa and Shimano but I'll reach for my Shimanos over my daiwas all day. They are little better sealed now then daiwa. Unfortunately daiwas mag seal is not what people think it is. As a wade angler I learned the hard way mag seal only protects from splashing not being sunk like daiwa makes it sound like it can be. I have sunk my stradic and Stella multiple times chasing snook around docks and rinse them off with freshwater and they still smooth as butter. Dropped my ballistic lt , back bay and certate and they all went bad. The mag seal needs a lot of work and I honestly think they need to go to a seal seal
That being said daiwas customer service was awesome with all 3 of my reels. They saved my ballistic and back bay but they had to replace my certate for a small fee and got a brand new one.

@@kyleanderson8670 Don't talk wet!! The Shimano Exsense has nothing on the Daiwa Exist. Be more like a Stella for the comparison. By the way the Highest end Finesse reel for Shimano is the Vanquish as its the lightest series for Shimano for the reel sizing.
Why does everything have to be a "Stella killer"? Lmao, the Stella FK is 2 years older than this model. I have 2 Twin Power reels and call them the baby Stella. Everything from this reel is derived from the Stella FK. I guess in 2026 we will see the Stella FL and that will blow everything out the water again lol.
