Thank you for this. I learn a lot with you and your videos. You seem the be particularly interested in animation/video workflows. That is not really my use case, but I learn SO MUCH. Tip for anyone out there: Watch all of his videos!

Thanks for tutorials dude. I am having an issue though I wonder if you encountered it before. "Error occurred when executing KSampler: USE_FLASH_ATTENTION was not enabled for build." Gpt said xformers wasn't build with USE_FLASH_ATTENTION so I build it but still same error.

it's been a while, but i think that maybe pytorch updates now included Flash attention, maybe since Torch >2.0.0.
I rewrote a lot of stuff i put here, but to sum up, maybe it's an update you need? Portable Comfyui should update ok, so if it's been a while, consider a new & clean portable comfyui install to be sure.
on the other hand, if you like digging as many do, github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI/issues/3363 is a good discussion on this (if it matched yours) good luck !
