I really like this design but I worry about the flat roof over the porch areas. My location gets a great deal of snow and ice. We had a flat roof over the porch in our previous house and it caused no end of problems.
The wrap-around porch is the best feature of this house, but inside feels claustrophobic with zero windows across one whole side of the house, even though the existing windows are large. Placing the bathroom off the kitchen is gross & should be between the bedrooms. You shouldn't have to go through the living room to get to the bathroom either. Also, there's almost no storage anywhere in this house. The kitchen has virtually zero counterspace for meal prep, too few cabs. Thinking of various resident situations, it's a very impractical floorplan for multiple reasons. I've seen a lot of much better floorplan designs with similar dimensions.

The layout seems ok. The bathroom needs a bathtub and the walls need neutral colors. Too much porch space. I would rather have a garage.
