i think the tatum 3pt thing is a some shooting luck AND his change in role. if you watch the games hes becomes our full time pg in the playoffs and guards out of position all the time to fit our excellent defensive schemes. so not so much the load its a shift in priorities and i feel it affects his rhythm a little

Am i crazy? I really don't like the PG move for Philly. Theyre paying 53mil for PG. If they're healthy that seems fine. But if embiid is out, Paul George isn't keeping the ship afloat. And their depth is so sketchy. I feel like no matter what your team looks like, you're just praying to the ball gods that embiid is not injured and not exhausted. I feel like they should have tried to scoop as many of these 3+D guys that would have been potentially willing to sign in Philly. KCP - 22 mil, DJJ - 10 mil. Thats 32. You get 2 rotation players who can start in the playoffs. And you have 21 mil leftover. Maybe add an upside wing like Naji Marshall - 9 mil. Maybe a big that is better than Drummond? JV - 10 mil. That's 4 rotation players that complement the two stars and cost a combined 2 mil less than 35 year old PG.

I think you can make an argument either way but the reality is it comes back to embiid being healthy no matter which path they take
