Was there a slight vibration in the wing lift prior to the initial liftoff?

Those wings flex some amount. I was in a BA A380 over the Bermuda Triangle a few weeks ago, and it looked like the plane was flapping, the wings were moving that much. Worst turbulence I've experienced. In the A380 I trust!
