Please be aware my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu, it's not as big a deal on rush but hampers performance on conquest. Getting a 6700k next week so we'll see how that helps
+The Betrayer it's not just in bf1, in almost every AAA game that came out this year my cpu has bottlenecked my 1070. But building a 6700k system next week, so all will be solved then
I run a 3570k@4.6ghz and have only every had issues with the division. However it seems that game is hit or miss on cpu as my buddy with a 2500k plays it fine and other people with OC i7's get 100% cpu usage. I will see what I get when I get home in a few hours.
Im running with i5 3570k AMD 480rx 8gb 16gb Ram I also run between 97-100% CPU usage, but I get these horrible lag spikes. I have no doubt it’s my CPU that’s overloaded but how come you’rs not and mine is... my rig should be strong enough to run this game fine...
SO if i wanna play smoothly this game i need to buy an gtx 1060/1070 or the new rtx, with an gtx 1050 on the release it was so much better for me was an smothly experience, nowadays runs awfully but i think is a drivers problem and constans updates to the game, tbh its broken now.. btw i have an i5 3570k oc to 4,2 and no matter what i do in game or in the cfg files of the game it runs horrible with this rig, EA fucks up totally the game .. i remeber playing the beta and i didnt have any problems with the cpu usage or gpu... but in the release until today it was a total mess.... and i dont think EA matters bc BF V it will struggle any i5, i3 cpu.. that's what i think after playing the beta of the BF V
Battlefield 1 and *puts tinfoil hat on* EA's coding forcing people to upgrade their systems earlier than necessary. CPU usage is unreal in this game considering it's not an MMO or a sandbox title.

Have you tried the nvidia bf1 beta drivers that just came out? Also have you tried directx 12 mode, it should greatly reduce the cpu overhead.

+The Betrayer what gpu do you have, I had no issues before upgrading to my 1070
Michael Sutherland I have a gtx 1080 now, I ran sli 670's before.
did you try DX12? or does it run to much like sht?
hey man do u remember the voltage u use for oc the i5 3570k?
Im running with i5 3570k
AMD 480rx 8gb
16gb Ram

Does the CPU still bottlenecks when not recording?
you think its worth getting an i7 over your i5? im debating on upgrading for the 1070
yes, im getting a 6700k in the next week to upgrade too
can't the 3570k with 1070 handle most games without any performance issues (stable 50+ fps) at 1080p?
This combo will handle most of the games with stable 50+ fps in 1080p. Even in years to come but minding your graphic's settings.
Your really clueless lol... the 3570k is no where near a bottleneck
Need oc 3570k@4800 , 16 gb ram and all be fine...
you must activate the vsync then the usage goes down around 70 to 90%. It is must an bug in the game it make no sense to me.
Which frecuency of CPU u have? oc??
4.2 GHz (description). Turbo mode gets the exact same frequency (on my chip at least).
Is your 3570k not OC?
Description claims that CPU is at 4.2 GHz which would mean it's in a turbo mode.
cpu bottleneck alert

Womish It was beta... smh
CPU usage still sucks at the game today, not only in the beta, now its worse.
@@EnT3R yeah it sucks, and aparantenly they not solve the problem with battlefield v bc it's even worse...
