The video editors of Electric Callboy are Pascal Schillo and Oliver Schillo. Pascal is also one of the guitarists of the band. They have their own video production company in Germany called "Schillobros".

I learned so much from this - really fun to hear from someone with so much highly technical expertise in filmmaking. Your West German/Dutch cultural knowledge also was a great addition. Would gladly watch more of these for any other EC MV that is doing interesting stuff to your eyes (or other innovative metal MVs)

This is my favorite video of theirs, and your deconstruction was fantastic! I learned a lot, and you pointed out many things I'd never noticed before, even though I've already seen it countless times.

Have you ever ventured out east to Japan, the land of the rising sun there you will find a band called *BAND-MAID* an all female Japanese hard rock band that dresses up as cafe maids that like to rock with the best of them. Last year they attended Lollapalooza and put on an fabulous show Please react to their official video *Choose Me* thanks. 😊
I have not yet, but I want to! I've checked some of the videos people recommended before and also just looked at "Choose Me", but the videos I react to need to be a bit more than just the band performing - if they have any videos with a bit more of a narrative maybe? Do you know? Please let me know!

But a lot of the fan base are more impressed with their live performances also the song *Choose Me* was featured in the Netflix Movie Kate where *BAND-MAID* was performing in one of the scenes. I hope you like these.
They didn't just invite their friends and had a party. This was during Covid, that wasn't allowed! This was a _work meeting_ and there were exactly the allowed number of people there, to _work_ :-)

There's only one (old) video by Knorkator that can keep up in its absurd humor and that I absolutely love: Buchstabe (Blue Box Video 1999). But that could also be due to my very special sense of humor. 🤪

@@manondereeper I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂. Knorkator has a lot of weird and funny songs. In German though, but you as a Dutch girl probably understand it.
They also did a brilliant metal version of Konrad the Thumb Sucker from Struwwelpeter (Piet de Smeerpoets). I don't know if it's known in the Netherlands. It's a children's book from the 1840s with educational children's stories, some of which are really brutal. The images of the cartoon like video are in the old style of the original book (ruclips.net/video/Js4pGy_q35k/видео.html).
Ahh, that reminds me: When Will Ramos from Lorna Shore watched 'We got the moves' with Elizabeth Zharoff (The Charismatic Voice), he was reminded of Oliver Tree videos because of the hairstyles. His videos are more than crazy (ruclips.net/video/BX0lKSa_PTk/видео.html).

I think this was a nice deconstruction, I liked how you explained how the video effects and editing enhances the music. Maybe a bit long and rambly sometimes. Also the music video seems to stutter in your video, perhaps that is a technical issue that you can fix? If I might suggest something, perhaps a deconstruction of Bloodywood - Endurant. It is an Indian Folk Metal band with great songs and great messages. Endurant specifically has a nice story in the music video and great editing in my opinion. Also "'Hedde gij zin om te rennen, of wa?" | New Kids Turbo | Prime Video NL" seems to be blocked in Germany. Looking forward to more videos :)
Yes! The cause of the stutter has been identified and while it can't be fixed in this one I hope that I won't have the issue again in future videos! Sorry!
I LOVE Bloodywood! I saw them live as an opener for Gojira last year (in The Netherlands). Really great, and I love their videos. Thanks for reminding me, their videos are really excellent, and I love their blend of Indian and Western music.

@@manondereeper No not the animal 😆. She is another great artist/singer. She made two great duets with Ren and busked with him in Brighton. Ren called her his musical sibling. She has some great videos as well. Her latest Release is just brilliant💎: It's called 1:5.
