This year, our village is going through a difficult winter and the snowfall continues for days in a row. It is very difficult to do village work on a snowy and harsh day and it faces us with difficult challenges; Despite these difficult conditions, we start daily work and take care of the cows; After watering and cleaning their towels, it's time to give them grass, and after finishing all this work, we start cooking and cooking a delicious meal for the family!
Today's dish is Mesma stew with rice, which is cooked with mutton meat and has a great taste. This delicious stew is cooked with onion meat and dried plums and can be served as a main dish with cooked rice.
