- To supply their daily bread, they usually make dough with special flour two or three times a week and cook several types of bread in the oven; These breads include unleavened lavash bread with kernels and without kernels; Also, some of these breads are cooked with milk and some with water, which has a great effect on the difference in taste! Despite this, what makes these breads special is their cooking in a wood-fired oven, which requires special skills. The mother of the family is very skilled in this work and cooks all kinds of bread and doughy foods in the oven or oven for her family; I hope you enjoy watching this two-day daily life in the village and write your comments to us!
