  • Today, the weather in the village has become autumn and the strong wind does not allow us to turn on the oven and bake bread. Therefore, we decided to buy some Berber bread from the neighborhood bakery and cook it with Kofteh tabirizi for lunch!
    Grandma loves cooking in the garden and takes us to a garden around the village with a flock of sheep to cook there.
    Tabrizi meatball is a very tasty and meaty dish that is easy to prepare; The necessary ingredients and its recipe are:
    Mince Meat
    an onion

    Rice
    Prune

    tomato paste

    How to prepare:
    Mix the meat with the grated onion and stir well. Then pour the rice paste and spices into it and stir it well for 15 minutes until the mixture hardens.
    Finely chop some onion and fry it in oil and add tomato paste and water on it according to the video;
    As shown in the video, cut the meat into a ball and put a dried plum inside it and pour it into the pot along with the potatoes. After about an hour of cooking on the stove, it starts to smell good.
