- This video is an update on my weight and muscle gains! I have spent the last few months lifting weights and increasing my daily protein intake to get a weight that's appropriate for my height. I also wanted to push myself and my endurance. Overall it has helped me keep inflammation down and to stay in remission. I have never felt healthier to be honest.
