I love the look. I also would've loved to see you keep the 24 or 36 inch silver balloon on there and add more in a few other spots. I think it would've made the design pop even more and look stunning. I know people mean well when they give their opinion on how it looks but...um... A lot of times they can't see what the end result will be and they don't know the vision, you do. So a polite "okay" is given to them and then turn back around and finish your masterpiece. 😉😁❤️
I really loved your video, the decorations came out really nice. I'm in Jersey as well, I would really like to see if this is something I can do although it looks like a lot of work lol and I don't have a vehicle at the moment. I'll take baby steps for now or find someone I can tag along with.💗💗💗

This is my first time about to do a party for my daughter. It’s her 21st and I felt like doing it myself. I have a reception hall that I will decorate myself for the first time using all these techniques and I AM SO NERVOUS. Is there any first time beginners advice you can give me? Will I experience popping balloons which is my worst concern😩 I hate the popping sound🥴 Can you overdue things? That’s also a concern. What are some things I can add for a great look to complete a party for a 21yr old?
Happy Birthday to your daughter!!! Make sure you have enough help b/c you’re gonna need all hands on deck and to delicate specific tasks to specific people. Yes! There are going to be balloons that pop b/c it’s a normal thing but if you use great quality balloons that are not super thin that will minimize the popping. As far as over doing things; I’m not sure of your theme but I love to do the most so yes keep adding things until you feel like you brought your full vision to life. In the event world more is always more so do it up for your daughters 21st also…..no pressure lol I would love for you to send me pics of the outcome. Good luck!!!

Thank you!! The frames were rented from a local vendor but if you are into building or knows someone who builds, I’m sure you could build them yourself or have them built.

Just wondering because I’ve been thinking about getting into event/party planning… what vehicle would you say is appropriate for your needs?
Is a minivan enough for what you brought to the venue? Or do you have your own cargo van?

Hi! I don’t have my own cargo van YET…Typically I use my truck for all of my transport especially if I’m only doing a balloon job or focal point area but if I have a full event and a really big balloon install I’ll use a uhaul only b/c if the job is big most of the time venues don’t provide enough set-up time so I have to be prepared myself by coming on site with most of my balloons inflated.

Thank you!!! I would say up to a week before is safe for me.
Niccccccccceee…1 Question…for the hooks…does the adhesive peel the paint off.
Thank you!!! The hooks that I use does not put the adhesive off. I have heard some stores from other vendors though I think you have to just find which ones work best for you or can apply painters tape to the surface before you add the hook.

I rented them from a local vendor but yes you can have them made as well I’m working on some for my own inventory
Did those hooks damage the paint? Just curious because I use them outdoors and they are really strong
They did not!!! I’ve heard stories about some being damaging but I haven’t experienced it myself.
Hi, new viewer, just found you. question: how much in advance should you blow up your balloons prior to installing at venue?
Hi! If you have the storage you can blow up as early as one week except the chrome balloons & foil balloons I would do those a day before/same day.
Where can I get picture?
I see that you mentioned that the frame could be built in the comments…where do I search for the frame trimming? Lowe’s, Home Depot maybe?
Yes you can find the trim in any of those hardware stores.

I always use 260 balloons

What size do you blow the balloons up?
Hi! I usually use 5”, 11”, 16” & sometimes I’ll add in the big 3ft balloons if necessary
