Mr. Hitesh may be not be able to understand the arabic accent of this great teacher ( Dr. Adel ). Adel is written / spoken as Adil in Urdu & Hindi. Usman / Osman ( in Hindi/Urdu ) is spoken as Othman ( in Arabic ). I find difficulty in American accent of English.

Yes, it would be true for "B". "Th" is not pronounced as "S" in all Arabic accents! I find it easy to understand American accent, and hard to understand Indian accent when speaking English, but now I can pick it easier :)
