Hypro D30 regulator cleaning/repair

In this video I will discuss how to clean and repair a hypro D30 pump regulator that has basically stopped fluctuating pressure. The pump pressure gauge was going to 200 psi. We don’t want that. Our spraying pressure is approximately 70psi and our working or gun off pressure is usually around 100psi. When the regulator popet doesn’t move up and down freely it’s time to clean and lube the regulator. No new parts needed unless the rubber is cut or torn. Carefully remove rubber seal with 90 degree pick and clean corrosion inside throughly. Use anti seez, this will keep it from corroding and moving freely than without it. Put it back together correctly and guarantee it won’t leak.
