D30 / AR30 Series Pump / Sprayer - Change Diaphragm,Air Accumulator, Check Valves

I'm not getting any pressure on my pump. I just installed it. Do i need to add air into the accumulator?
I tried all 4 settings on the unloader. I saw a very slight increase when i was on setting 4. Any ideas,?
