    Hello Peter, Just in case you may not be aware...the techniques of yoga included this practice, but without the need for an actual straw. To offer the technique, you would simply imagine a straw in front of the mouth, and extend your lips around the straw. Hold the lips in that shape, and gently suck air in via the mouth just as you demonstrated. Cheers!
