WDP4 20041 Engine Sounds + Horn Show | Samsung S24 Ultra 4K Zoom and Audio Test

First video attempt on the S24 Ultra and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Except maybe for the absence of poles but I have shot enough videos before this beautiful section lost its charm so that's okay.
Here's KJM WDP4 20041 roaring out of the gateway to Malnad with the Chikmagalur-Shimoga "Sunrise" Passenger.

A loud train with lot of wind blast was a good test of the Samsung S24 Ultra's cameras and audio recording capabilities.
The S24 Ultra packs in 4 lenses with 0.6x, 1x, 3x, and 5x optical zoom levels, and an additional 10x digital zoom. Switching between all these is now possible while recording 4K videos. This is a big upgrade for me, coming from a S21 Plus which had questionable zoom capabilities even at 1080p resolution.

Excellent video! Was waiting for YT version as Facebook always compress the videos. I would suggest you to try 4k 30 fps too. Optical zoom presets work better on 30 fps I think so.

Thank you. I don't think frame rate has anything to do with zoom, since each sensor is capable of 60fps which is the preferred frame rate for moving objects like trains.

@@dheerajrao Yea surely new sensors are capable of 60 fps. I said that because my S9+ has 2 sensons are the telephoto lens only supports 30 fps. Primary does support 60fps 4k. Thats why I wondered whats the scene with Latested S24 Ultra.

Yeah if one lens supports 30 then it helps to keep everything at 30 if switching lenses is fallowed. I think until now only 1080p 60fps was supported on all sensors, with the S24U now allowing 4K 60fps on all sensors.
