I pray this helps you the way it helps me. So I’ve been doing my best to get on my knees and pray. There’s this prophet I follow and he said when you physically get down to kneel before God youre aligning your body with your spirit as you pray. This really helps me just spend that time with God and just thank Him and lay out all my cares to Him. I also rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety in the name of Jesus like everyday because God doesn’t want us to feel anxious or fearful , so if it’s not His spirit then it’s a different one. Hope this helps
