- today i'm trying on FALL 2023 transitional pieces from HOLLISTER! (honestly underrated). i have fallen in love with hollister again over the last couple of years, and especially when you can get things on sale - they're sooo underrated! i recently ordered a few basic staple pieces for summer transitioning into fall, so i thought i'd do a fun little size 16 midsize plus size friendly try on haul review for you. hope you enjoy xoxoxo

I love Hollister. Whenever I'm lucky enough to visit the US I always shop there.
May get some hate but I love Hollister as a tall girl who is 52 😂. I bought about 3 pairs of the lightweight cargos and baby tees (in long, too old to show my belly). I LOVE them! So comfy plus long enough. I also own the white tiered maxi! It’s a struggle to find cute clothes at my age that don’t make you look like a grandma and are long enough for tall people.
I'm in my 60s and only 5'7" but 34" inseam, so I feel your pain! Don't discount thrifting or Poshmark, et al. I found a Long Tall Sally leather moto jacket in beautiful condition $40. So Poshmark and thrift stores could help you out too.
I'm 55 and 5'9" - most of my wardrobe is thrifted men's clothing. I just find so much I love on the men's racks, but I also don't care to wear anything that's "girly." I live in cargos, button ups, henleys, etc.
On the rare occasion I do shop retail, my favorite stores are Old Navy and Aerie. They both offer talls/longs online too.

omg same!! i wore their jeans in high school and first year of university and loved them back then, so on a whim ordered a few pairs on sale last month. i've been trying to find comfortable jeans that fit me for 2 years and thought i tried them all but hollister came THROUGH and they were only $27 a pair

I swear the wide leg pants are heaven. I have them in 2 colours. They were the first pants ever that fit my waist AND my butt due to the elastic waist band 😍 so girls with and without curves will both be able to rock them. 😊❤

I have never bought anything from hollister in my life until this year. I bought a little red floral dress and it is my favorite dress right now.
Man, I love/hate when you post these videos, like your Old Navy haul a little while back, because I end up loving so many of the pieces you show off & it makes me want to buy them but we have zero disposable income right now 😂 that final pair of pants would look so cute with a black turtleneck tucked into them & I would love a nice pair of trousers that are comfortable for work! To be honest I don’t think the prices are too bad considering Holister & Abercrombie we’re definitely the highest end of the “middle class rich girl” brands back in the day lol the prices feel comparable to like, American Eagle in my opinion

I bought a grey pair of the Livvy wide leg pants recently in a long size (I’m 5”10) and oh my god I love them so much. Ended up buying them in navy as well and I’m honestly tempted by the rest of the colours too 😅 highly recommend

even though it's still hot out, I recently bought some cute sweaters from PacSun and I haven't shopped there in a long time
happy that they have plus sized options now but I have found the quality of Hollister is not the same as when i was a teen. Plus the sweater is a knock off of the Brandy Melville one. Still cute outfits, specially the cargos fit so good!

I have those in black in the colour in the video!! They are amazing . They have been the first pair of pants that fit my waist AND my butt because I have more off a curvy figure with small waist and big bum 😢. The elastic waist is a life saver and they will fit so many different body types 😍

You’re confusing that with baby sizing… Yes 0s are represented in infant sizing but there are 0’s in women’s as well. A 000 is an XXS in women’s (and an XXS woman is not a 0-6 months old baby). Plus this is a juniors brand (aka 10-14 year olds) so they would be an XXS in women’s.
