I’m here for allllllllll of this. I want midi skirts now but I’m so into midi-length sundresses, it’s wild. I freakin love thredUP and have used it for almost ten years now 😮 the filters are literally everything - they make it so easy to find exactly he gaps in your wardrobe or the style you want, or you can just scroll new arrivals to find something fun and unexpected!

People give it a rest! Carrie is doing a phenomenal job of showing us different forms of fashion. Thrifting ones, the normal target shopper hauls, and high end clothing. Purchasing clothing is her job!! She always recycles, donates and resells what she doesn’t use. I have loved watching your videos and you grow personally over the years, but hate seeing all the negative comments. Don’t stop the vlogs, it’s what makes us feel like we are shopping with a friend. If you want to have a glass of wine or a beer while filming..go ahead. You are a grown woman who can make responsible decisions in your life. ❤
This dress with all those tiny flowers (the one you said is XXL) suits you so dang well. You look amazing in it. I absolutely don't have a similar style (hardcore minimalist all black chic) but I can appreciate every cute outfit you are showing even if it wouldn't be one for me.

I grew up in a cult and as much as I used to hate maxi skirts, it’s taken me 6 years to add one to my closet, and I love it. Don’t see myself ever wearing a denim one though

I love ThredUP, too! I love that you can return items. Yes, there’s a restocking fee, BUT it’s better than nothing and getting stuck with an item that doesn’t work which can happen so much with online thrift shopping.
I wish Threadup stocked more clothes over size 16 :/

Thrift question! As a fellow midsize/plus size, how do you use the size filters on Poshmark? It cuts me off before I've been able to select them all. I could wear 14, 16, 18, 14w, 16w, xl, XXL, 1x, depending on the brand and style, but they won't let me pick that many 🫤

11:00 circa: it's the same with vinted or any other apps of used stuff really, I've had people tell me I must be obsessively scrolling through thousands of crap just to find the cute stuff, because when they use those apps they never find anything cute... And I'm just like dude, I don't scroll endlessly, I just filter A LOT and have some knowledge of y2k brands that I like, that's how I find stuff 😅 Also saving a search makes sure you're notified when a specific item of a specific brand/color/etc. has just been posted, that's how you find the best stuff actually!
