I heard great deal of complements and appreciation about this very same musical "Nutcracker" Ballet. I haven't seen it alive on the stage, but I certainly agree with all those wonderful comments I was being told about "Nutcracker" Ballet. Now that I am eyewitness through watching this video I shall never hesitate to go and see alive on the stage!
This ballet company used to perform in my town, we went to see them from when I was 7 years old, every year until I was about 19 and then they stopped coming to the UK. I’m glad to see they still perform in the classical way and follow the same choreography, I loved going to see them when I was growing up. Brings back lots of Christmas memories.
It is very productive mentally and morally to be interested and make it to become a hobby to watch and pursue this kind of wonderful musicals. It shapes our lives toward improvement socially and on a personal level. It helps us to make productive and proper decisions to help ourselves and the others.
I agree, especially in an age with the pandemic, it is important to watch theater-related videos so that we can keep up with the performances which are being cancelled/delayed. As a fan of ballet dancing, I think it is nice to be reminded of why we enjoy and even partake in productions while we wait for the pandemic to end.
So far this is my favourite performance of Nutcracker. Very good acting, it's romantic and the simplicity and details are perfect. It's obvious what is happening in every moment, which I didn't experience through some of the other Nutcracker performances. Well done to the company ❤️
Superlativi.Bighin Giulio Renzo. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
They have incredible technique along with beautiful costumes, breathtaking sets, and lovely music. Amongst Covid-19 I might not get to dance Nutcracker one last time, well get to say goodbye to it properly.
Beautifully and creatively done! I am so proud of the arts organizations for looking for new and creative ways to perform. EXCELLENT, first class, delightful, and magnificent!
That’s wonderful I once was part of one of the nutcracker shows as a mouse, and honestly, it was super fun, the practice was also quite fun, and overall, even though it took a lot of work, it was so fun to put on, also the headdresses rocked.
i just saw them do swan lake and it was great. the only ything was that they werent showing the character and the emotion if that character in their face. Oleksandr Skulkin is such a powerful dancer. His dancing as the price was amazing. the power in his legs was just extrodinary.
Western Europeans might be good with left brain engineering and technology, but us Eastern Europeans are more right brainers. We excel in creativity, art, and music. We are thankful for the world that admirers our dance and music.
uhhh... you did take in consideration though that most great artists of the past few centuries were western european?? I mean just look at the greatest five composers who ever lived - Tchaikovsky is the only eastern one, being surpassed by Wagner, Mozart, Beethoven and Bach who were all German and Austrian/western european (and I'm saying that as someone of both German and Russian descent)
So what about J.S. Bach, Beethoven Brahms, Mozart, Schumann, Schubert, Debussy, Ravel, Purcell, Sibelius (regarding music). Russians have great dancers, but also in France in England /(Royal Opera) they have a highly developed ballet culture. I like the Russian virtuosity but find sometimes French and British ballet more refined. But of course also at the Royal Opera they had / have Russian principals (Natalia Osipova, Vadim Muntagirov). But for example Steven McRae is a very fine dancer: ruclips.net/video/Szn_vDj9_C0/видео.html edit: and you forgot that Russia had excellent engineers e.g. in space flight and aviation.
this was amazing although i dont quite understand why clara wanst watching the dances in the second act, isnt the whole point that theyre performing for her in thanks for breaking the nutcrackers curse? also why did they totally skip the mother ginger piece of music????
Song• Dashing threw the snow, In a one horse open sleigh, over the fields we go laughing all the way, bells on bobtails ringing, Making spirits bright, What fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight, •VERSE TWO• Jing-jingly-jingle bells Jing-jingly-jingle bells Oh what fun it is to ride, Oh what fun it is to ride, In a one horse open sleigh, A one horse open sleigh, •VERSE THREE• Jingle jingle jingle Jingle bells jingle bells Jingle all the way (Fast) oh what fun it is, Fun it is to, Fun it is ride in a one, Horse open sleigh, One horse open sleigh, (Fast) laughing all the way, And sing a sleighing song, TONIGHT!
Beautiful dancers, those two lifts were outstanding. The stationary camera was too far to appreciate these performers and too much clapping. Not bad though.
That was good but in the Richmond ballet I was a girl at the party and the only thing I don’t like about this is that the kids are all older kids and in my production they are actually a lot of smaller kids that are good Throughout the production
Is this really a professional performance and production? If so Moscow should be ashamed. The camera never moves in for closeups for one thing. Most especially though, the orchestra is abysmal. Very strident string tonality and many wrong notes. The dancing isn’t too bad but still it’s lackluster.
Yes, this is very creative and disciplined, but, it's boring. I much prefer just seeing vids of particular ballerinas performing,.. the exquisite fundamental beautiful body-form.

I just saw this company perform this tonight. They were fantastic.

So much better than many other groups. Precise steps & elegant moves
So far this is my favourite performance of Nutcracker. Very good acting, it's romantic and the simplicity and details are perfect. It's obvious what is happening in every moment, which I didn't experience through some of the other Nutcracker performances. Well done to the company ❤️

I was in this show! (With this company, not this specific production) I played a Chinese teen variation and a snow maiden. It was so much fun!
I did the same this past winter! I was a mouse and a snow maiden
Beautifully and creatively done! I am so proud of the arts organizations for looking for new and creative ways to perform. EXCELLENT, first class, delightful, and magnificent!
Absolutely sumptuous like a real fairytale. Gorgeous and glamorous show. ^_^
Moscow ballet is the best. Thanks.
That’s wonderful

Good good musicians in the pit of the stage 🤗😀🎄
i auditioned for this a few years ago and had two roles :) tons of fun
I can’t wait to try out for the Russian ballet this year
im auditioning tomorrow so thank you for this
It is an amazing performance of Nutcracker by the Moscow Ballet: " La Classique " In addition, Okusacheva, I am subscribing to your channel as well.
I love the nutcracker
Gasp it’s a prince! 😍
Grandioso!
So far this one looks to be the best just wish it was filmed without the audience

There is no left and right brain that is old beliefs! Now it's 2 brains with one being in the gut.

Beautiful dancers, those two lifts were outstanding. The stationary camera was too far to appreciate these performers and too much clapping. Not bad though.
I was in the nutcracker
cool
Choreography by Vasily Vainonen?
For cripes sakes, stop trying to be the first one to applaud and let the damn company finish the ballet.
Someone please tell me the name of the song at 6:00
I just found it listed as The Nutcracker 'March"
@@tabithadesselles8004 this would have helped back then when I was in high school choosing a song to play for my final music performance 😭
Nutcracker in the nutsheel
I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the audio is poor because the orchestra.... Not great...
I noticed that too... 😖
Video resolution AND audio awful. Too bad since it's otherwise a nice production.
What am I watching?
13:38
I am Chandra Are.
34:47 Snow Pas de Deux

Just compare to the performance of Santiago ballet. This one pales undoubtedly.
Am I the only one who is bored almost halfway?
yes
Hore Normal Baru.
HI
NICE EFFORT,, BUT IT'S NOT THE NUTCRACKER BALLET WHEN PEOPLE ARE HACKING THEIR LUNGS UP IN THE AUDIENCE...
Cathalene Coy 😂😂same here!!
Routine
That was good but in the Richmond ballet I was a girl at the party and the only thing I don’t like about this is that the kids are all older kids and in my production they are actually a lot of smaller kids that are good Throughout the production
orchestre approximatique à ma grande surprise , peine à croire qu 'il s' agît du Bolchoi !
Moscow Ballet is not Bolshoi...This orchestra is terrible!
The applause is louder than the music :(
Is this really a professional performance and production? If so Moscow should be ashamed. The camera never moves in for closeups for one thing. Most especially though, the orchestra is abysmal. Very strident string tonality and many wrong notes. The dancing isn’t too bad but still it’s lackluster.

easy
Dancers exquisite - the orchestra pretty much sucks.
How can an orchestra be so bad??? This one succeeded.
I expected more from Bolshoi ballet.
It is obviously not Bolshoi, it is Moscow Classical Ballet theatre.
This was Moscow ballet not the Bolshoi. I didn't like there was no close-ups.
Yes, this is very creative and disciplined, but, it's boring. I much prefer just seeing vids of particular ballerinas performing,.. the exquisite fundamental beautiful body-form.
