A true gentleman, eloquent both verbally & musically; modest; man of the people; no "star" antics or pretensions. I saw him only once 1972 Xmas-New Year concert , Dublin National Stadium. A terrible, unnecessary loss to Ireland and far beyond. World's greatest guitarist , ever, with a true, rich singing voice. R.I.P. Rory.
I envy the girl! Can you imagine talking to this great human being?
He really was just the greatest...Being interviewed and playing guitar...He was definitely one in a million ♥
Honestly , what a lovely bloke . Just madness that he lost his life in hospital whilst under care . Treasure every moment .
Oh Rory!...you would be killing it now. I miss you.
Microchip music. Love that label. Rory Gallagher, you're the man!
He looks so much more relaxed here. Finally they found someone suitable to interview him
Rory likes music with warmth and humanity. So do I.
What an absolutely beautiful man inside and out.
This is where you can see Rory was one of the greats. Right at the end of the interview, he just breaks out into a blues song with no microphones and PA and just sounds amazing.
Whether performing at a venue or for this interview he gave every song his all. Rock on dear Rory...
A humble gentleman who was a fantastic musician ✌️🎸🎶 Etched in Blue
We love our Rory...........🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪a true Irish legend. Sla’n go foil a Rory
He made This Bitter World

Beautiful man - brilliant musician! Still missed..
Rory Gallagher - Ride On Red,Dublin 1983💕
RORY . . .The number ONE.
Such a real talent. Completely honest and uninterested in celebrity status.
Fortunate enough to have seen him live at the Ritz in NYC for the Jinx tour and a couple years later at Harpo's in Detroit where he wouldn't stop playing until the Harpo crew reluctantly turned the house lights on. Even then, Rory kept killing it for another five minutes.
Soul, skill and showmanship. Lived for the music. Sad loss at such a young age.
The really good interviews with Rory are so rare. Kudos to this interviewer. She’s really sweet and asking good questions.
Rory's look is timeless. Was it the eighties? It makes no difference.
Thank goodness for you tube and other media so I can listen to this genius of a man till the day I die
The interviewer did a fantastic job
Lovely man.
I can’t understand for the life of me, how anyone could give Rory a thumbs down! He was one of the best of all time!
What a gifted player!!
Can't even be bothered to discuss TOTP - absolute gold.
This. 👏🏻👏🏻
First-rate musicianship and gentlemanship. Greatly missed. God must have wanted another guitarist.
Yeah......God must have wanted another guitarist, vocalist, saxophonist and songwriter!!!!!?????
My heart is breaking when I remember he left us so early we can not listen to his rock voice live anymore RIP Rory
Sorry for my English
My one and the best blues musician ever in great respect and love mike see you later
Totally Dig It......The One and Only Rory
Dear Rory
Love hearing Rory talk music, touring and writing music. A great talent taken from us too early. Requiescet In Pace Rory.
Wow! What he says here about pop and alternative music is still very relevant and true nowadays!
The ABSOLUTE GREATEST EVER. Nobody has the versatility & virtuosity RORY HAD.And a gentleman & gentle man too. Yep, he had the WHOLE PACKAGE. Hope l do you justice mate. RORY RULES! 🎸💚👑💞☘️
My first ever gig in Aberdeen in 1977..amazing..a friend shook his hand during concert and was nearly in tears, didnt make 50..a tragedy!😢🎸🎸🎸
This is a great interview with Rory the interviewer i think is Carolyn Fisher who does a great job
original...greatest guitar man of the century!! honest as his music, always prefered the good audience, listening and living the sound from his strato!! thanks Rory by this presencie in this age of music!!
One of the greatest and under rated or unknown by most .... RIP Rory Gallagher ! ...
We love You forever, you are the best, à genius.
the best
Cant get enough of RORY ROCK ON IN heaven Margo💚💚💚💋
Rory* he was the best !
This is so great! I enjoy that Rory is talking about the modern age but it puts a damper on things :) hahaha! It is so odd like a parallel universe. It's doesn't seem to line up or register that he exists in the same world as Boston, Heart, or the modern music biz. He's the strong one of integrity :D
Wow, just f'n.... Wow 😁
Once in a generation musician!
Love this guy
Belfast/ Dublin changed me.
Good stuff! Love that song
Great to see his interviews, although he didn't like some of questions. It's his music and the blues, not the charts or the public eye.
Such a sweet, shy man in interviews, not like today's mouthy, show offs
Awesome
Wow ! Blows your socks off doesn't it ? And no pretentions. Always comes across as a normal bloke who happens to be monstrously good at what he does. Thanks for putting this up. Andrew.
"Spread your gospel wherever you can"
Rest in peace Rory
La leggenda ...
